Beauty Salon CoordinatorFor the front desk
Every appointment, every technician, every open slot — on one screen the front desk can read at a glance. Book, reassign, check out, and take payment without leaving the calendar.
Fourteen appointments across the team, with customer, payment, and progress status visible at a glance.
Selecting an appointment opens its service, payment, note, customer, and receipt actions beside the live grid.
About these screens. Real screens from the shipping app, photographed on a 12-inch tablet. The business, staff, customers, and prices shown are invented for demonstration — we do not publish our clients' data.
The home screen states today’s count, who is waiting, whose birthday it is, and the schedule. Nobody has to ask.
Cards move across the grid as guests arrive and technicians pick them up. Colour carries status, so the desk reads it standing.
Selecting the appointment opens services, payment, receipt and the customer’s notes in one panel — no second screen, no re-typing the price.
The day’s totals, unpaid items and repeat rate are already counted. Reports are a place you look, not a job you do.
Not a roadmap — this is what opens from the home screen today.

No. Each app signs in separately, so one tablet can run several — a front desk tablet can hold ECOM Beauty and ECOM Workforce at once. The attendance terminal is the exception: it is bound to one shop and usually lives by the door.
Your shop’s contract does. The server works out which apps a sign-in may open from the services your shop subscribes to — the device has no say in it.
Yes. Shops commonly run one core app plus staff hours. You can add the others later without moving your data.
