The weekly sheet fills in. A missing punch shows as a gap instead of surfacing on payday.
When the week closes
Calculation turns the same hours into regular, overtime, breaks and tax. If the sheet moved after payroll was saved, it says so.
On payday
Pay Dashboard names who is paid, who is pending, and how much is still owed. Payroll that is already paid is locked so a recalculation cannot overwrite it.

Questions we get
Do we need a tablet for each app?
No. Each app signs in separately, so one tablet can run several — a front desk tablet can hold ECOM Beauty and ECOM Workforce at once. The attendance terminal is the exception: it is bound to one shop and usually lives by the door.
Who decides which apps we can open?
Your shop’s contract does. The server works out which apps a sign-in may open from the services your shop subscribes to — the device has no say in it.
Can we start with just one app?
Yes. Shops commonly run one core app plus staff hours. You can add the others later without moving your data.
What languages do the apps speak?
English, Korean, Spanish, Vietnamese and Chinese. Each person picks their own language in Settings — it does not change anyone else’s screen.
